These are tags for haloce for custom mainmenu UI creation, they are exactly the same as the old UI tags except theres a campaign menu and this doesn't check for updates when you play multiplayer internet.
The mainmenu background won't look like the one in the screenshot. You can search up for and then follow dg945's custom ui tutorial on youtube (search halovideotutorials channel), then you'll get a fully functional custom UI with a campaign menu!
I think I may have uploaded the wrong version or something last time. Just to make sure i've tested this one and it works.
