ey again beta 3 is readt for release there are a few bugs in this one and some bugs are fixed!

fixed:

pelican seats (there are 6 now and the pilot has been fixed)
i think i fixed the scenary dissapeering

New:

kestrals
Command centre (kinda cheesy but its for an airport or army base)
new vehicle placements

known bugs:

not all vehicles spawn (im trying to fix this but i just cant)
draco has some holes in and cargo seats broke
draco has dodgey textures at the front
