Jahrain's Halo CE model rigging kit!
This application contains all the tools you need to transfer riggedmodel data from max into the jms model exports. Since this works for jms models, you have endless possibilities. Before LODs were not an option unless you wanted to rig models the old way, same with permutations. This also provided a tool to manually rig weights incase theres 1 or 2 you may have missed. It allows you to search for the vertex coord which you can get from 3ds max and apply how much weight to which node.
Since this now supports LODs make certain that you give biped models LODs!!!! Its very very easy! Just use the Multires Modifier to lower the poly count. and if nessasary re rig and export the model and weights again as:
SuperHigh
High
Medium
Low
Superlow
Set the cutoffs cutoffs in guerilla so that based on how much pixels on the screen the model takes up sets which LOD model.
Find any bugs?
pm me on gearbox software forums Please include a detailed discription of the problem and provide a link to the jms and exported weight files so thatImay evaluate them.
